Michael Joasil, Chairman (Founder), Michael Joasil has more than 7 years of experience in Business Development and Corporate Operations.  Mr. Joasil founded his first company, Window Medics International in 2003. Here, Mr. Joasil invented intellectual property used by the Window Medics International dealer network across North America and in the United Kingdom. Window Medics International commercialized a patent pending moisture control and damage prevention system that restores clarity and insulation to failed insulated glass unit windows. The Window Medics process provides a cost effective and environmental friendly alternative to window replacements. Since December 2003, Mr. Joasil has served as Window Medics’ Chief Executive Officer.

2007, Mr. Joasil founded PureRay Corporation. Mr. Joasil invented a patent pending self-contained, solar-powered LED lighting system with a charging station and rechargeable bulbs designed for the use in the off-grid market and the developing world. Its proprietary lighting system was invented by Mr. Joasil and continues to be the world's most efficient light bulb. PureRay’s objective is to replace all fuel-based lighting with a safe and renewable alternative.  PureRay has pledged to donate 27.5 million dollars of its product to the Clinton Global Initiative Conference, an organization that caters to developing countries.

2008, Mr. Joasil Founded Livotek International,  an Ottawa based technology and consulting firm. The company was formed to help inventors bring products to market by expansion and raising capital. Also in 2008, Mr. Joasil Founded Thermonic Electric Co. TE is focused on developing high quality energy efficient products through embedding company patent pending nano chip technology. Thermonic Electric provides its clients the tools needed to enhance their profitability and the opportunity to experience financial and personal rewards. TE is the largest, most successful business of its kind around the globe today. Mr. Joasil presently serves as the Chairman.

2009, Mr. Joasil Founded Livotek Ventures. Who's mission is to invest and Acquire companies, within specific sectors to help deliver new inventions. Mr. Joasil presently serves as a managing director. Also in 2009 Mr. Joasil Founded PETRAai Inc, a new search engine technology embedding the latest in technology and digital media.

Recently Mr.Joasil was featured in the annual High Tech section of the Ottawa Citizen "They see the light."

Dominique Dodd, President & CEO, Has over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Mr. Dodd worked for Nortel Networks in the 90's while the company was designing products for the internet infrastructure. Mr. Dodd participated in the design of a semiconductor chip set which lead to the successful IPO of Avici Systems. Mr. Dodd has held leader and management positions in high-tech startups; Quake Technologies designed, manufactured and was a leader in the 10GE serdes chip industry (acquired by AMCC), Potentia Semiconductors, designed semiconductor solutions for power management (acquired by Power Integrations).

Patrick Pierre, Executive VP of Marketing. Operating in the Legal Industry since 2000, Mr. Pierre set off as an entrepreneur creating an independent company to service Personal Injury Attorneys with claim investigations.   Mr. Pierre has created different marketing strategies that tremendously increased the clientele base of several Law Firms and helped increased their profit over millions of dollars.  In keeping with his entrepreneurial spirit he joined with Window Medics in 2004 as CFO, helping to launch the company’s successful expansion into the United States.  In 2006, Mr. Pierre teamed up with Mr. Pete Lorins, the owner of SMS Group as Marketing Director successfully helping to promote different companies under the umbrella of SMS Group.  Mr. Pierre’s experience and determination to succeed has lead him to team up with Thermonic Electric Co. for a new and exciting revolutionary venture.

Hervé Joasil, Vice President, has 8 years of business development and entrepreneurial experience. He ventured into business in 2001, by opening a call centre for Children’s Education Fund of Canada where he led a team consisting of himself and two employees.
In July 2004, he commenced working for Docteur Fenêtre as an sales executive. Using his knowledge and the resources of the window restoration industry, he then proceeded to open his own company, Thermo Solutions, in 2005. He remained president until 2007 when he sold the company, and retained sub-contracts from other companies he had helped to get off the ground. He has since worked at Telus Mobility, a leader in the telecommunications industry, as a Data and Network Analyst.

Jeff Shields, TE Energy Consultant. Mr. Shields brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience as an owner of an industry leading independent manufactures representative agency. As an independent agent Mr. Shields pioneered dozens of  international manufactures products to become category leaders  within their market segments.  During his rise to become one of Canada’s top sales agents Mr. Shields had held several senior management positions with diverse responsibilities which involved importing / exporting, manufacturing, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, sales and marketing. He was also overseeing the development of products from conception through final placements within the retail and wholesale distribution channels.

Mr. Shields entrepreneurial sprit and keen business sense has allowed him to consistently be ahead of the curve and spot  new business trends and opportunities. He is also the recipient of numerous national and international business achievement awards. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Economics.

 

THERMONIC ELECTRIC CO. INDIA & PAKISTAN

Jahan Zaeb, Vice President of Strategic Growth, Jahan Zaeb joined Thermonic Electric in the summer of 2009. With over 30 years of experience as a business and management executive and entrepreneur, Jahan has attained many achievements to his credit. He managed 7 of his own companies in diversified fields as Chairman and Managing Director in Pakistan. He chaired a few committees in the government sector. He was twice unanimously elected as chairman of the dairy association and the Pakistan national committee of IDF. He was elected council member of IDF in Brussels. He was nominated in 1995 as a director of Pakistan Canada businesses development board in Canada, where he helped the joint ventures between Pakistan and Canada, both in public as well in the private sector. He has also been a member on various FAO, Asian development bank and USAID projects. He has attended various congresses all over the world and has been a consultant for development projects.

He has won recognition not only in Pakistan but internationally. He was given the Men of Achievement award by Cambridge, UK. His biography was not only included in the book, Men of Achievement in 1989, but also in Who is Who in the World in 1988, published in USA. He has been involved in humanitarian work in Pakistan and has achieved the highest honor of Melvin Johns Fellow award from the Lions international. Officer.

THERMONIC ELECTRIC CO. MIDDLE EAST

Milad Ladany, Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth,  Milad Ladany comes to TE with over 25 years of international business experience in the fields of Commodities, Robotics and Construction. Since graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College in 1985, Milad has successfully owned and run an engineering consulting firm in Ottawa.

He continued his education in the real world by applying his knowledge of engineering to International Business where he has successfully negotiated and brokered commodity contracts around the world. Milad is fluent in several languages including English, Turkish, Persian and French.

Robert C. Follows (Rob)

Rob moved to the US in 1997 and took on global account strategy, leading global account strategy for clients such as Nortel Networks, Ford Motor Company, and IBM with client service teams in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He sat on the senior executive team as a corporate officer that was responsible for the management of a $3B enterprise and on the council for national account strategy that included the oversight of large accounts including, but not limited to, Microsoft, Dell, HP/Compaq, Toyota Motor Corporation, Nissan Motor Co., General Motors, Bank of America, and Citibank. Rob then took on responsibility for the leadership of Latin American operations out of Mexico City; European operations out of the UK, France, and Germany; and eventually became responsible for all international operations for Maritz as Chairman of Maritz Europa, Maritz Canada, and Maritz Latin America.
